The Great Ocean Road

Updated: May 1, 2020

Whilst looking after my older brothers place and his cats while he was gone for the long weekend. I had my friend James come over for a night. We played some Fortnite on the PS4 and after we got bored of that, went for a walk around the local park in the middle of the night. We got home and ordered some Pizza and watched Zombie Movies until the night ended. On Sunday 1st April Caroline and I went to Melbourne early in the morning to catch the tour bus out front of the NGV (National Gallery of Victoria). The bus left at 7am and we started our leg of the tour off with a stop at Angelsea. Then carried on to the Memorial Arch, the entrance of the great ocean road, stopping to take photos of the sign and see the first of many beaches to come. We carried on down the winding road and reached Kennett River. At Kennett River we saw some Koalas and friendly Parrots you could feed out your hand. 12 Apostles was the next destination and gee what a view it was. The weather was great and got some really good shots. We ended the journey with the Loch Ard Gorge, a view between two large rock walls of the ocean coming in. Unfortunately I didn't have much film but took a video of the journey which you can check out here.
